The AACF Scholarship was created to provide students enrolled in a four-year institution located within the state of Alabama majoring in a field of study that will prepare the student for a career in agriculture or agribusiness with financial assistance to help support their study.
The scholarships are under the supervision of the AACF Board of Directors. The Board of Directors screens applicants and selects recipients. The scholarship amount will be in the amount of $1000 and will be awarded in the student’s honor to the University upon proof of enrollment.

- Applicants must have exhibited an interest in pursuing a career in agriculture or agribusiness
- Applicants should be accepted/enrolled in a four-year institution in the State of Alabama
- Applicant should be majoring in a field directly related to the study of agriculture or agribusiness
- Applicants should have a grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 grade scale
- Applicant must be a resident of Alabama
